The planning project of rotten monument weir in Sancha town covers about 2.03 million square meters, located in the northern town of Sancha in Zunyi County,south of Eagle's Nest flying Temple,is apart from the historic city of Zunyi 20 kilometers.The design adopt four themes of "pastoral, home, health, landscape",combining eco-efficient and environmentally friendly way transform the site, restore people's minds that a beautiful and leisurely pure home,and the design use the organic ecological way to make the people living with the land and four seasons,evoke awareness of the new landscape of the countryside,so that make people have a new healthy and comfortable vacation experience. During planning,the existing resources of beautiful natural environment as the basis to develop the advantages belonging to local products, and market-seeking "Misplaced Development", creating a set of leisure agriculture, theme parks, pension products, such as one of the tourist resort landscape. The project aims to create tourism real estate projects gather outdoor recreation with tourism characteristic agriculture as the basis, taking into account the sale of vacation villas, management of hotels and clubs, and increment of real estate.
遵義縣九龍湖度假區(qū)項(xiàng)目占地約203萬(wàn)平方米，位于遵義縣三岔鎮(zhèn)北面，尖山飛來(lái)寺南側(cè)，距離歷史名城遵義20公里。設(shè)計(jì)采用“田園、故鄉(xiāng)、健康、景觀”四個(gè)主題，結(jié)合高效環(huán)保的生態(tài)手法進(jìn)行場(chǎng)地的適度改造，還原人們心中那一片唯美悠閑的故鄉(xiāng)凈土，采用有機(jī)生態(tài)的方式使場(chǎng)地中的人們可以與土地、與四季同生共戚，喚起人們對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村新景觀的認(rèn)知，讓人們擁有一種全新的健康舒適的度假體驗(yàn)。規(guī)劃中以場(chǎng)地現(xiàn)有優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境資源為依托，開(kāi)發(fā)屬于當(dāng)?shù)氐膬?yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)品，并尋求市場(chǎng)“錯(cuò)位發(fā)展”，打造集休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)、主題樂(lè)園、養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品等為一體的旅游度假景觀。該項(xiàng)目致力于以打造戶外休閑和特色觀光農(nóng)業(yè)為依托，同時(shí)兼顧以旅游度假別墅銷售、酒店會(huì)所經(jīng)營(yíng)與地產(chǎn)增值為盈利組合的旅游地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目。
