Jiangjun Lake scenic area is located in Fomeng town, Hejiang county, Sichuan province. The lake is surrounded by water on three sides, the site is flat and has an open vision and beautiful environment. The goal of the project is development and construction of new social country. The planning and design combine the architecture with landscape, and combine the nature with culture. According to the planning layout and functional partition for the site terrain, the project form with point , line, surface and ring. The function of the project is divided into 4 following parts, new rural settlements,
settlements, lake landscape belt, ecological farmland and wetland. And the construction of the Jiangjun lake scenic area is "one axis , two parts, seven groups". The planning takes full advantages of the excellent scenic resources, and uses poetic approach to create a landscape layout formed by "mountain, water, farmland and architecture". "Mountain" makes use of the existing mountain terrain to form the mountain landscape. "Water" takes advantage of the lake resource to make the water landscape. "Farmland" uses the existing farmland to renovate the existing farmland. "Architecture" is to create a building system with the characteristics of south Sichuan . We would like to display the new look of rural landscape by the above four means.
將軍湖度假區(qū)位于四川省合江縣佛萌鎮(zhèn)，湖邊半島三面環(huán)水，地勢平坦，視野開闊，環(huán)境優(yōu)美。項(xiàng)目定位為社會主義新農(nóng)村開發(fā)建設(shè)，規(guī)劃設(shè)計力爭通過建筑與景觀的有機(jī)結(jié)合，自然與文化的融合打造環(huán)境優(yōu)美和地方特色的新農(nóng)村風(fēng)貌。根據(jù)場地地形進(jìn)行依山就勢的規(guī)劃布局和功能分區(qū)，形成點(diǎn)、線、面、環(huán)的有機(jī)結(jié)合。項(xiàng)目主要劃分為新農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)、濱湖景觀帶、生態(tài)農(nóng)田、生態(tài)濕地四個功能片區(qū)，并通過“一軸、兩片、七組團(tuán)”的景觀結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成景區(qū)的山水骨架。規(guī)劃充分利用將軍湖片區(qū)優(yōu)良的風(fēng)景資源，運(yùn)用寫意的手法打造“山、水、田、筑”景觀格局，“山”既是利用現(xiàn)狀山勢進(jìn)行建筑高低錯落布局，形成山地景觀，“水”既是利用將軍湖進(jìn)行濱湖景觀打造，“田”是利用現(xiàn)狀農(nóng)田進(jìn)行景觀改造，“筑”是打造具有川南特色的建筑體系，通過這四種景觀展現(xiàn)新農(nóng)村新風(fēng)貌。
